As it hit over 104 here in LA last week, I pulled out my FIGJAM bucket cooler at the shop and set it up to cool my desk.

The boss now wants me to make some box cooler/unicoolers for the shop and office. :D :D :D

I've spent years being mistaken for a ranger.

This year was especially fascinating as I was dressed in green driving a clearly labeled DPW vehicle. And still got mistaken for a ranger 2-3 times a day.

Robbi and the rest of us at the Pottie Project have no control over USS and the portos. We work with them.

As elderberry said above, use the feedback loop and let the Org know. That is the best bet for getting something changed with regard to vendor services.

3 days before I leave, 80% of my camp can't go up without anchors. I'll pay $5 each if needed. Otherwise camp don't happen.
