Would it just be easier (coming from Canada) to buy my food/water/supplies locally in nevada instead of lugginf them there?

I am thinking of attending the 2006 Burn and am wndering if i should. I am currently 17 and I was wondering what the rules are about drinking and drugs on the playa for people under 21? Is there any? Are they strict about it?

Hey im Adam from Kitchener Ontario Canada (The cold North East) I learned about this great festival from Donn Cortez's Book "The Man Burns tonight" and was immediately interested. Though I am only 17 I plan to attend The Burn in the next couple of years.
