I don't like everything I encounter on the Playa ... but I like that I can encounter everything on the Playa. For me, it's not about what is there ... it's the fact that almost anything *can* be there. It's freedom ... freedom to be a drunken fratboy spectator or a self-righteous hippie artist or so...
LOL @ "man"ly chest hair ... pun intended, I hope? Actually, it's all mine ... or was. To be honest, I hate my chest hair ... always have. But too in love with the "me" as a whole to be superficial enough to shave it. So, I vowed to embrace rather than despise it for BM this year. You can thank the ...

When does BM end for you?
For many/most of us, Burning Man never really ends. We carry the ideals and beliefs that solidify us as "Burners" with us everywhere we go, and the annual event is merely a pilgrimage to Mecca to celebrate these ideals with like-minded folk. One of the things that I like about Burning Man is that it enables me to see the places that I *can* go within myself ... even if I don't live in that space all the time, it means a lot to be able to take with the knowledge that I *can* get there. One of the things that I like about drugs is that th...
