Damn, didn't know that was going on so close, my tent was just behind Barbie Death Camp and Wine Bistro. I had some first timers I know drop by to visit me, so I told them they 'had' to see BDC&WB! Took them there immediately... So I am certain we met, albiet briefly, Dr. Pyro...

Two Atoms are sitting around shooting the breeze, when one Atom suddenly looks puzzled and exclaims: "Hey! I think I just lost an electron"

The second Atom says "Are you sure?"

and the first Atom replies: "Yeah, I'm positive!"

hey, you don't happen to know the name of the guy that wrote that book about shroom spore being from outer space, do you? I believe it was Terence McKenna. He wrote prolificly on the psychedelic experience, specifically focusing on Mushrooms. Could be wrong though... --Kilmore Oh, and I am awake wa...

Hmmm barefoot on the playa. As fun as it is, I have to personally recommend against it. Most of the time I wear boots, changing my socks twice a day, and no problems at all. In 2001 I did nothing but sandles and/or barefoot, and my feet were wrecked for a couple of weeks after... the playa dries out...

On reckless Driving -- This is tough to enforce, granted. There is the 'step-in-the-way' and hope they slow down/stop so you can berate them school of thought, but there is always that chance that the driver is not being as attentive as he/she probably should be. There is the 'Let the rangers or oth...

Well, First, you might want to reconsider your use of the word 'should' all over that post... Perhaps changing 'should' to 'I wish' might come across as more palatable, as few people, especially burners, appreciate being told by anyone what should or should not be. Then again, maybe not. Second, You...

I don't really have a 'playa' name. Kilmore is a mild mutation of the name 'I. Kilmore' which was given to me/earned by me when I was about 15, and has always described the way I play games -- any games -- don't care about winning so much as completely killing off the competition. It has been a nick...

Actually, from what I saw this year, I have to say that the shitter situation has never been better. I found one empty beer bottle in one stall, and a half empty water bottle in another, and that was it. I also never found a 'shit mountain' waiting for me. Twice the stall was out of TP, but there we...
