There seems to be a dry lake bed next to Summer Lake Hot Springs in southeast Oregon:

I don't know anything about who owns it or how big it is, but I do know that the folks who run the hot springs are burner friendly.

I was in a camp called Black Rock City Boardwalk this year (we were on the esplanade) and we had a bit of a nautical theme going on. I think we may be able to spare a few plaster seagulls and other decorations.

Several years ago, I collaborated with an artist friend to manufacture some "funny munny", which I occasionally give out (when inspired) with the advice that it can be exchanged for things or experiences that are hard to place a value on.

I know the guy who brought out the swingset in 2000 (1999 too I guess) and he said it was pretty difficult to set up. He injured himself doing it - at least partly I suppose because he didn't think it was a teamwork kind of project. I've tried to talk him into letting me take it out with some friend...

The guy in charge of our camp (Bicycle ID tag camp) got a generator and speakers and other relevant equipment and wants to build a stage for live performances of any kind.

I participated in both of these events on Wednesday at the 2008 event and had a lot of fun! I noticed there were a fair number of folks taking pictures and videos and was hoping to see some of them somewhere. Perhaps some folks from Entheon Village (the sponsors) could help?

If I recall correctly (it's possible!) there was a notice in a Jackrabbit Speaks last summer soliciting musicians for the Burning Band. Check it out!
