Thanks for the suggestions, we had pursued all those avenues initially. Everything was organised until yesterday when the plan fell over so back to the drawing board.

I am searching for a Bakfiets (cargo bike) to borrow or rent, possibly purchase. It doesn't need to be pretty, just functional (ideally in Reno but could also collect in SF). Our original plan has just fallen through. My daughter(5) has significant mobility issues related to a rare genetic disorder....
