Echoing the above recommendation on the casters. Bring extras. Trust me, trust me, trust me on this. It's not just about them blowing out, but also the playa dust grinding on the bearings. We killed 3 out of six casters last year-- but we had 2 extras : )

I am thinking about making a small windmill next year. No it is not too early for planning 2008, especially if you aren't going this year, like me!
