There were obviously a bunch of people from around the 3:00 plaza that were not interested in center camp coffee. ESPRESSO CAMP was open from shortly after sunrise to about noon. We always had a friendly group of people needing their morning Espresso. I also LOVED my two competing neighbors near 83...

Out of all the issues going on with the event why is this dead horse still being flogged? If it has Larry's support and vision behind it your odds of killing it are the same as seeing a US Navy sub surface in Lake Lahontan. It ain't gonna happen. So what's with all the debate? I don't get it. Enlig...

I just think that what started out as a small festival in sf is now too big for its own good. I have never been to bm but the poster of this thread painted a real clear picture of what its like at the burn. First off, the poster of this thread painted HIS view on what the burn is like, an entirely ...

Oh, I love ePlaya. Burners here have helped me with designs for structures we're bringing out this year, possibly without even knowing it. And you know, I'm even understanding of the "sit down" effort by BRC Rangers during Saturday's burn, logistically speaking. My objection is with the humorlessnes...

Perhaps it has been stated earlier in the thread, but we're at page 10 now. I just read Harvey's defense of Center Camp Cafe in the summer newsletter, and while its a decent defense of the commerce issue, it doesn't address one I think may be just as or maybe more important: RADICAL SELF-RELIANCE I ...
