I think it is very simple...if it has a motor (gas or electric...big or small) it must be heavily decorated/modified AND SAFE...period. I do not care if a person has a valid medical reason or that he/she is an "Org member" or DPW, etc...I think that some people are simply being lazy and dangerous le...
