His art has inspired me in many many ways. I'll see you there along with all the other people who appreciate him. This is just all very odd to me, cause every single person I've met who knows of Alex, feels like I do about him... And if they don't know him, they look him up and then they too feel t...

helitack, you seem pretty hard core. I'm a little pussy in heat. Always have been. When I was a child, I used to sleep with half my body down between the cool wall and bed to feel the air conditioning better. Also, if we were out on a boat somewhere... I was known to just randomly jump into the wate...

But also remember that there is a lot less humidity out there in the desert. I really don't think that fogging will be a problem with anyone. You are probably fogging up when you try them on now because of the general humidity where you live. definately 0 hmidity where i live! I'm @ 10,500 ft. It d...

I know you guys are helping, and thats why I'm writing. If you say ice is a must, I guess I can reconsider. I really dont want to though. I can do without carrots and avocados. And instead of bread I can use crackers. Or just eat the tuna and peanut butter plain. I'm pretty active. And I find that w...

And Alex is not A superstar. He's MY superstar. And has been since the 90's. I could give a crap about stars. But this guy ... he's blessed.

 STOOOOOOP! Your all scaring me!!! And it's not the snakes either. It's the fact that I live @ 10,500 ft. Where 70 is hot. And 40 at night is normal (in the summer). I'm starting to freak out a little. I went to St Louis last May and it was in the 80's. I was light headed, red, and sweating n...

I have considered ice. But only for water and gatorade. I've never chilled my pita, carrots and avocado before. I'm preeetty sure you dont have to. The orange thing was hypathetical. I really don't plan on eating fruit. But really- Don't you think that list would work? It's fairly well rounded and h...

just got all mine. I think the holes should be fine for the dust. It's the fogging that seems to be the issue. I recommend buying a product called cat crap. you smear it on the lense to stop fogging. ps - the "large" goggle was the only one that was really comfortable. and now they have a new one up...

Hmm.. USRDA is as follows: Sodium: 500mg - 2400mg Potassium: 2000mg - 3500mg Meat is a good source of both, but you're losing even more than normal, so I'd increase those numbers by another 50% minimum. Muscle cramps are a good sign that you're low on potassium. One banana will give ya around 350mg...
