We need 2 bikes and we are flying in to reno: suggestions?

does anyone have any suggestions on how to buy a bike perhaps in reno when we arive by plane? Or any other way to get a bike. We live in New york city. Perhaps we can find someone here with some extra hauling space but I havn't found anyone yet.

Im getting kind of nervous because I have an enterprise van reserved out of reno for 5 days and I am afraid that they are going to back out at the last minute or something. Any suggestions on how to keep that reservation solid?
