I've always been a sticker hoarder; when I get a really cool one it always ends up carefully preserved in a drawer rather than stuck on something where it will inevitably get destroyed. As time rolls on I'm starting to see the error of my ways. A cool sticker is worthless if nobody sees it. Do the ...

Use a reasonable laundry detergent. I wore the same shoes out there for eight days straight (though with fresh socks at least once a day, sometimes twice). I got home and washed those shoes in the washer with regular detergent. Let em dry in the sun. Parts of them are still beiger than normal (they ...

Just to echo what wetspot said, places like phoenix that have regulations for grey water use, won't even allow well filtered grey water to be used on misters, whether they are used at an eating establishment or not. I do know there are some acceptable guidelines BMORG has for how filtered the water...

I don't read anybody's posts. I would never dream of discriminating against the stupid noob virgins. And now you've got me wondering how much bacon and transglutaminase it would take to make...

Apparently , to some it does. I lived briefly in Hamburg, when I was a kid. Everyone who is throwing the phrase 'police state' into every post with giddy abandon needs to take a step back and read some history. Stalin's Russia was a police state. Ceausescu's Romania was a police state. Burma today is a police state. Burning Man is just a festival on public lands with a stro...
