Yup, that's what I did last year -got in early that is. You have to give one shift on the burn weekend even if you do your other shifts pre-event. Looking in to maybe doing medical again and see if I can get my first few shifts in for pre-event...it kind of messed up the first few days by doing thos...

You have to either be a volunteer with one of the services like medical, Rangers,etc. or be on the early arrival list with a registered theme camp.
