Yes, the pirate radio stations on the playa are plentiful. So I am not sure if the fcc could really do anything, or even cares.

Thanks a lot. I was thinkingof something wireless that didn't involve rf transmitters because of the poor sound quality. Does anyone have or know of such a thing?
