Got mine on a fresh browser immediately after @BManTickets reported the fix for unused codes.

Resetting cache and cookies no longer helps, I now go directly to Invalid Code. I sent an email to ticketsupport but have to get back to work.

If it's sold out, just tell us it's sold out.

....and "invalid" again. How many times must we clear cookies? If we just end up invalid that may not be a fix.

@BManTickets says to clear browser cache, which is a different thing from cookies. So I'm trying that too.

Promo code was invalid before 12pm as expected, at 12pm it got me into the Waiting Room, then told the code was invalid again at 12:06pm. Did directed sale sell out in 6 minutes? I cleared my cookies and am in the Waiting Room again (thanks Nipple), but it would be good to know if the sale's effecti...
