The hexayurt will keep your cooler cool enough (provided you have enough ice/dry ice). I don't see a need for reflectix on the cooler, although it wouldn't hurt.

Here's the fan I've used for 3 years now! I made a rubbermaid style swamp cooler. It's powerful and doesn't suck too much power.

Plus after the first day or two, the panels get coated in playa dust, which greatly reduces the reflectivity anyway.

My yurt is going on its 4th year now, and I love it. The problem I'm having is the six inch bi-filament tape only lasts one year for me.
