I'm sorry, but I can't make it use ALL formats at once, e.g.:

youtu.be or youtube/embed, but this style should work for the old posts.

How are the old YouTube embeds done? I would prefer that old youtube embeds work properly, rather than make people switch to a new method. I can change it easily.

Well, that sucked. I guess our hand was forced and we had to do it RIGHT NOW. So, the database is now running on a different machine. Let's hope that eliminates the problem and it's smooth sailing from here.

Actually, this isn't the case. Avatars should be working fine, there was a mistake in identifying the partition the avatars are hosted on. That partition is fine and avatars should be working fine.

Just a question, when you say "errant code introduce" do you mean generated by phpbb or someone managed to drop a bot? Still unclear, but I'm pretty sure that it wasn't a hack (bot as you say). The W/W/W is derived from the Playa Calendar. All you need to do to get your event listed in the Guide is to submit it to the Playa Calendar online. I moderate the entries every few days. That's all there is to it!
