Center Camp - Thursday Night - Accordion Guy?

I'm curious about the guy who played his accordion at the Center Camp stage on Thursday night. Any info? Best live music I've witnessed in about five years, on the playa or anywhere.

Re: Eplaya is not Burningman!

If there are negative posts, I will not waste my energy on them. I don't need to justify what I say to someone who is not open minded because it doesn't matter what i say, your filters are too strong. If there are positive posts, I will be happy to respond to either the post or in PM. Might I sugge...

there can be no expectation of privacy in a public place. one could object to such a 'legalistic' approach, but i consider it common sense. the playa is many things to many people, but it never ceases to be a public space. suffice it to say, you may not be able to perform comfortably in public the s...

activism on the playa makes perfect sense to me. BRC has been for me a place to examine and deepen my commitments, political and otherwise. although the environment and culture there are, to a degree, exotic, i am always saddened when i hear others describe the event as an escape. on the other hand,...

i've watched the last couple installments and become fairly engrossed. the burning man parallel also occured to me at some point, although i think there's an important difference. in general, burners don't have to deal very seriously with the issue of scarcity. in fact, BRC seems to be a place of ex...

the big issue is social - you're obviously very driven and motivated. are you sure it's reasonable to expect your campmates to match that? yep. this is my concern also. how will you respond when campmates go running off to frolic and fantasize while you're left to do the dirty work? i've met people...
