To make distinction, the behaviour I am looking for is to ability to be notifed of changes to a forum not just a topic. In particular, be notified of new topics posted to the forum which you imply I may choose to watch.

I'm overseas and fortunate enough to have to access the e-Playa over 56k which to say the least, is bearable.

I am wishing for the ability to watch any particular forum and be notified of changes by email.
