I'm bringing my vinyl and turntables for the third year in a row. Cover and put away everything when not in use and keep out of direct sunlight -- you'll be fine.

Painters tape works well for sealing off phono/line connections, usb ports, etc.

Which camp are you with Ugly Dougly? 3&F is our old camp address...Oobleck. Saddest part about not being there this year is not being across the street from KFC camp and their moonshine and smoked/fried bologna sandwiches. But we're not too far, so I'm sure I'll be there darn near every morning.

shade structure

Our shade structures are made from 1" emt conduit, steel fittings and ball ties to attach our tarp(s). For our tent shade structure we use a flat top (90 degree flat fittings). Conduit usually comes in 10' lengths, so you'll need to be able to cut them if you want a height and/or width less tha...

I placed my order for a few bike kits on July 21st. Last week I e-mailed and called and received no replies. Car repairs

Greetings -- I have vague images in my head of a page on the main BM website listing some things that are good to have checked out on ones car before departure to BRC. My ride

Maybe someone here can help me with this... I just bought an old 3 person tandem from craigslist. We took it for a test spin in a large parking lot and it worked fine, but it took some pretty hard pedaling to keep it in motion. If I'm reading this post correctly, can I assume it will be even TOUGHER...

Duct Tape and Saran Wrap

EB --

Can you clarify what the purpose of the duct tape and saran wrap is in your methodology? Any tips for keeping the duct tape away from tent hardware if it's going around saran wrap that IS wrapped around tent hardware?

Great post and thank you!

Keep in mind that most anything NOT Honda will burn through A LOT more gas (up to 4x) and be a lot louder. Learned this the hard way.

Not sure if it's an option, but lots of Honda distributors offer 0% financing for a year.

After thoroughly reading the eplaya I thought the only things I'd need on my list are bacon, lube, pbr, and water/sunscreen if there's room (after all, there's water in beer).

Just kidding -- my list is ridiculously long. I'll spare everyone.
