That's an excellent idea.
I wonder if you'd be able to use it as a second form of i.d. when cashing a check, etc.
That would be totally awesome lol

I've never had to pay for a toilet or a shower but there have been times when I'm sure I would have been willing to. Bracelets are cheap, but I like the good quality or army surplus glowsticks on a string. The don't fall off easy because you can tie them onto anything ( like my braids last year) I'l...

That's about all Reno is. Casinos, bars, etc. And they wonder why the youth here has problems...
You could go to the art museum. That' pretty cool.
If youre in town stop by the Zephyr lounge. A lot of local burners kick it there.

I've read some of the best advice and life philosophies in port a potties. Oh, and we provide a special glow recepticle for people to come by and drop off dead glowsticks If they're a darkwad they probably won't accept the gift in the first place. Other than that we do find a lot of virgins who are ...

HAHAHAHA! Waterlyric is my cousin and she was camped with us this year :D Reese was so cute and she had a blast, although I'm still jealous of her cool Quiddich goggles. I've been going to the Burn since I was 13 and I turned out fantastic! Even better tho cuz I was a really depressed little child u...

It's all about raviolis and spaghetti-o's. You leave 'em on the top of a car for about 15 minutes and they're good to eat right outta the can :) I swear I shit tomato sauce and Captain Mo whenever I feel the rare need

Um...

I have always been partial to spankings. They make excellent gifts. Especially if you see a cute person. Especially especially if you see a cute girl and tell your guy friends that you could mack on her way better than them and go up and ask her if she'd like a spanking and she says "Yes, pleas...

The Get Lit Asylum

This is our second year on the playa, only under a different name. Our mission is to promote nighttime safety by handing out glowsticks. However, our ambitions are much bigger than our wads'o' ones so I am calling on the local Reno burner community to come to our aid! Help, we are young and low inco...

GET LIT

Art Car Repellent Camp is back this year as the Get Lit Asylum. Our goal is to promote nighttime safety by handing out glowsticks to help people stay visible. If anyone has anything they could donate to us in the Reno area, it would be GREATLY appreciated. Also, if you are an experienced burner who ...

I believe Utah has a regional burn as well...but I'm not 100% on that. Otherwise there is still almost definitely a burner community in your area, and I'm sure you can find them on here. If not, screw it and go alone. It's not hard to make friends because everyone has just kind of accepted that we a...

Goggles are a definite must, and maybe dust masks as well (like painter's masks or the kind that doctors use or something). And a bandanna or two. A few stores to check out in Reno (at a reasonable distance from one another): Twin City Surplus Rad Betty's and CostCo. Also other sporting goods stores...

Ragbashpup, I think that's a great thing that you plan for your kid to attend later in life. My dad told me as soon as I turned 13 I could go and we actually didn't plan on it but he was leaving and told me to pack some clothes and a toothbrush and the rest is history. And gyre, yes, I too would lik...

Oh, the years go by

But how did I let 5 years of Burning Man go by without ever having an eplaya account? No idea... anywhos... I'm a burner from the Reno area, 18 years old, this summer will be Burn #6 for me. Yeah, I was a youngin' my first time, but I was kinda born into it cuz my dads been goin since the days back ...
