Due to the dehydration factor I mean.

I've begun to purify myself in preparation for the event.
I've begun to exercise and control my breathing ( I have a tendency to hyperventilate).
I am also spending more time out of the a/c to to help get my horns through the door so to speak.
Does anyone else do anything similar to this?

All of these things considered, I live in Topeka Kansas and I'm traveling by car. When should I leave in order to arrive at an acclimation point and be ready for day one at BRC?
