HELP! BRANE CAMP MEMBERS STRANDED IN PENDLETON, OR!!!
I apologize if this isn't in the right section. Two campmates of mine on their way to the Playa from BC, Canada had their van break down in Pendleton, Oregon. It's quite a small town, and with it being the weekend, they are completely unable to do anything to assist in getting back on the road (i.e....

As an entheophile, I would guess Mitragyna speciosa, Salvia divinorum, Scletium(sp) tortuosum, or possibly something a bit more obscure like Lagochilis inebrians. These are all known psychoactives with centuries of indigenous usage, a few of which are restricted in various countries. These are poten...

Heroin in ready-to-use pre-prepped syringes (no cooking needed) with a glowstick attached, and crack cocaine in small one-hitter glass dicks (ready-rocked and ready-to-go!) -- Both the glass pipes and the syringes can be customized with an image of the Man (possibly shooting up or smoking a rock) an...

Intent and the qualified definition of "legal"
In regard to the original topic of this thread-- I get the feeling that semantics is playing a strong role in both the way folks are interpreting the inital suggestions of gifting a potentially psychoactive substance and the nature of the responses received thus far in regard to what folks here beli...

In regard to Ceiba, they are one of my favorite labels and I express zero intent to defame or make claims that I cannot support. I am a neutral party in regard to the aforementioned matter. As far as techno is concerned, Badger thoroughly satiated my inquiries about law enforcment and sonic regulati...

I'm sorry about your experience with Peter, is he the Kode IV Peter? I wasn't as into the Kode IV set this last B-Man on Sun., not very innovative and a bit fluffy IMHO, but the dancers' vibes were good. He was much better at Fusion in august 2001 (Gus Till and Shakta at Fusion 2001 were INCREDIBLE!...

Um, the Ceiba records link is bogus. Do a search for Ceiba Records in S.F. ( I believe they have a store in the Haight). Or perhaps their excellent sister label for break/tech/2-step/quasi-glitch stuff, Eyephunk.

Thanks for the response, Badger. A lot of the content in my post was based on elcircusmanotyboy's post above. He seemed to be speaking with a relative (presumed) degree of authority. I am a huge psytrance fan, among other genres, and for me the psytrance experience is intrinsic with burningman. I su...

So what's the latest word on all this regulation?
I personally feel that the dialogue hear about the regulations of electronic music camps warrants further examination. Is any more info in regard to it from any of you all? B-Man, for me, is a sanctuary of electronica contrasting the void of such music I experience the rest of the year. Sure it seem...

On the note of Psytrance
If any of you were there in 1999, Simon Postford of Shpongle and Hallucinogen fame performed, along with Tristan, X-Dream, Kode IV, Bufo (Adam Ohana again), and others who are quite well- known in the psytrance community. Perry Farrell has gone out to B-Man several times, and a friend of mine saw "K...
