The subject says it all. I was given nearly 20lbs of potatoes recently and I need to get through them before they spoil. Any ideas for recipes that either use a large amount of potato at one time or can be frozen?

This year we are planning to rent a box truck to bring us and our gear to the playa. Has anyone had experience using a truck as a sleeping place?

Virgin burner here doing some of my final planning work for this year's burn. Does anyone out there have any good recipes using mostly dry goods and non-perishables? I am not opposed to bringing a dry ice cooler with frozen meals from home, but the more that can be made fresh the better imo.

there are examples of how to make it longer it will stay 12' wide but the length can be increased by adding additional ribs to the sructure we would probably have at least a 20x12 if not 25x12
