That man does not deserve the attention the he receives. I refuse to even say his name. I wont even call Orange Juice by an abbreviation anymore. He is a murderer and a thief. The first of a "generation" of sport stars that "thug out" and think that rules and laws do not apply to them due to superst...

I never get lost, people seem to tell me where to go!! Emergen-C is awesome, we had that with us and even mixed several packs right into our gallon of water that we carried with us each day. We got some surgical masks at our local drugstore before we left for "home" and wore goggles during dus...

You know, it is true that there does seem to be a bit more snarkiness and short shots fired on this here eplaya, compared to Home. Could it be cause we feel more free to speak our feelings behind the mask of a computer screen? Or could it be more likely that this way you don't get an immediate, phys...

Bronner's Rocks!! It is very playa "complimentary"! Use it over a basin and let it evaporate. Great for treating and preventing playa foot as well as a host of other grand uses. As I mentioned in another thread, I brought Bronner's and as a gift to camp mates and visitors I offered foot baths with i...

Very wise words, Chief Dan Fox!! Oh so true. My man is a perv, flat out, I love him, it's ok and we have some damn good fun with it too! We had our conversation, pre-playa about what he was expecting and what I was expecting. As long as we were clear with each other about how we express ourselves or...

Welcome Corey/Baz - I'm pretty sure that you are going to be fine until you meet up with your first dust storm. There are some things in life that while most exciting when they happen, don't necessarily need to be rushed!! ;) That being said, be wise and print out the Survival Guide, read, read it, ...

Welcome! I suggest bringing the one speed and saving your good ride for other ventures. You don't need a multi-speed bike on the playa, just something to get you from one place to another. Simple is good. Be sure to "light it up" though, mucho importante. I am pretty sure I saw some Bears out there ...

I received this in my emailbox today I have not confirmed accuracy.... "With America facing historic debt, multiple war fronts, stumbling health care, a weakened dollar, all-time high prison population, skyrocketing Federal spending, mortgage crises, bank foreclosures, etc. etc., this is an unusuall...

It would be nice to have faith and trust in whomever becomes our next president, it would grand to think that positive change will be made. However, I also believe that holding on to that wish is like trying to stop the tide. We, the people....... Remember? We need to stand up in unity and demand th...

Welcome!
Hi Bex and Barry, welcome! The music is fantastic, hope to hear some of it live in 09! Be sure to read the Survival Guide before your first Burning Man, it is oh so very, very important to be educated about the environment swirling around you. It will give you great insight as to what to expect and ...
