Re: Baby at BM, experience? preparation? what? where?

https://www.fuzemeeting.com/replay_meeting/9dcd7ce9/1545053 I listened to that interview a few days ago and even they recommend bringing a baby pool to fill with a little water. Listen to the part about when the baby overheats. Listen to all of their advice, because it's all really good. And then l...

Don't forget to bring a place to store all those dirty diapers.

Re: Baby at BM, experience? preparation? what? where?

BabyRocks, it sounds to me like you are a responsible person. A lot of people are assuming you want to go get drunk and party, and maybe you do, but I don't get that impression from you. All you have mentioned is chilling with your friends. I'm that type of person as well, I mainly just hang out aro...

When I built my dome I cut all the struts with a hacksaw. The best tool to use in my opinion is a band saw. A table saw would probably work but if it catches it might fling the pipe at you so you'd definitly want it clamped down and be sure to use a blade for cutting metal, not wood. Metal saw blade...

The first year I went alone. I knew one other person who was going up early. I knew what village he was camping in and found several people who knew him, I left a message with them about where I was camped. I checked back the next day and still couldn't find him. On the third day he found me in the ...

Sleeping in the dust was okay. I was covered in it anyway. It was suprisingly soft.

Thank you! I have been collecting things since I got back from the playa last year! No worries! As long as the whole setup doesn't blow away, it can't be worse than last year. I didn't think to put the rainfly on, cause I usually don't when camping, and I got a couple of inches of playa dust layerin...

Going solo this year.

Hello ePlaya! I joined up last year, but never introduced myself, so here I am! I'm very excited. Last year was my first year. I went up just for the four day weekend. I went alone and was unprepared. Luckily I met a bunch of good people who gifted me goggles and a hat and a bunch of other things. T...

Last year was my first burn. I drove there by myself and camped by myself. I had an amazing time with the people I met there. Within ten minutes of being there I had made two new friends, and shortly after that I was introduced to another ten people.
