YAY thank you! This video is seriously way too much. "I find everything about Hitler to be objectionable in every way, but I have to agree with him about the Ticket Lottery!"

This whole ticket situation has dampered my entire week. Most of my friends that have gone for at least 4 years with me every year didn't get a ticket. Over half of our camp didn't get one. Who knows who will get one in March...Out of the 100,000 people that seem to want a ticket, it seems kind of u...

This whole situation has dampened my week. Somebody shared this link with me and it made me laugh so hard I thought I'd share:

It says one (or two) on the first category...

Interesting how so far I don't see anybody get a lower tier than the highest that they said chose. hmmmm

well the guy i was going to buy the carport from said it took him and his friend to build one of the carports in 4 hours and the other one in 1 1/2 hours and all of the poles and canvas are together in boxes - plus he's not sure if he has the instructions and since they are in his storage right now ...

Hey guys, I need to get some shade for my tent - like yesterday! I was going to get a carport (2 10x20's for $100 on craigslist!!!) but after thinking about it I don't want to deal with extra weight, time to set it up, and then having to deal with it after the burn. I just want to keep it simple. I ...

Has anybody tried this at burning man?

I'm thinking of getting it but can't find any reviews on it :(

So last year was my first burn, and let me tell you - riding a bike there was definitely no ride in the park! ;) I remember describing the next morning after what seemed like offroading for hours in the middle of the night that I felt like somebody took a bat and hit me between the legs. And even fo...

Somebody mentioned weight....i've heard some people saying its better to have a heavier tent because it avoids the tent potentially flying away, then others say it's better to have a lighter weight tent to pack in your bag due to space issues...

what's an easy-up?

Sorry if the question is silly, still learning here :)

I was fortunate to have been able to camp in an RV last year for my first burn, but this year I have come to the decision to put my creature comforts on hold for a week and tent it - I get the full burning man experience while saving a boatload of cash AND i get to keep everything I paid hard earned...

so it looks like the eureka is a no go and springbar is the way to go. I don't think I've heard one negative thing about springbar after spending hours of looking through peoples opinions and advice on tents. I think I'm going to go with the Vagabond 7...I'm going to have about 6 people in it so hop...

I know this is an old post, but has anybody used this tent at burning man? I went to Burning Man last year in an RV and will be going this year in a tent and i've been looking everywhere searching for the right tent for 6-8 people and found this post, went to the website and wow... this tent looks l...
