Our camp uses about 40 gallons of gas for 7 days, running our generator about 12 hours per day. I'm tempted to bring another 20 gallons or so to push it into the evening. Just a little update that these Sous-Vide bags make pretty good eggs. I did a small test batch and they tasted pretty good! If you can justify some extra plastic waste by saving on cleaning water/time then this works! Neat!
