it took quite a bit longer than i'd wanted (a rather dreary 3 hours on sunday evening - just because it was a pain to manage such a large amount of fabric), but i'm please with the stronger edges of the canvas. we'll be punching the grommets through this week. thanks much for the advice.

we bought a 10x10x10 pop up for shade structure. after putting it up, we decided we'd get a grommet kit & zip-ties in order to secure it to the frame (& use duct tape to fortify the joints on the frame). but the canvas is pretty flimsy. does anyone have any ideas as to how i can reinforce the edges ...
