You'll need to apply for a Laser Variance (google it) if you are using above 5mW (cheap laser pen is 5mW). Rather than buy lasers off the shelf (unless you are prepared to spend a lot) have a think about making your own effects - its not that difficult and by doing this you can also make them more p...

Cost of booze for you bar in 2010 ?
Sorry for the 'how long is a piece of string' type question but, we'd like to add a bar to our camp in 2011. We probably cant afford to be as generous as we'd like to, though - we'll have a go! We'll run 8 hours a day, 4pm - midnight, be playing music and hopefully on a 'spoke' @ B or C ....so hopef...

Thanks Curiosgnate, Yeah you're right about the bar, I saw quite a few music camps last year that had put a lot of effort in but had no bar...not a lot happening! Which is a shame. I would love to have a bar but am funding this on my own and running things on my own too. My campmates from last year ...

the 'OLD HOUSE' @ 'HOME'....music camp
Just a small camp for Metropolis. I'll be pumping out deep house, Detroit techno and Chicago house circa 1987 -1990. Only the very best from this era of 'dance'. Expect 'old school' mixing of lots of rare tracks. Will be playing 5 or 6 nights of the week, starting with sweet smoochy beats early in t...

I broke my toe 3 weeks before leaving england for BM last year, I thought I had it in the bag - lots of frozen peas to reduce the swelling and Arnica, it felt alright and I was walking normally. This sounds insane - but my foot is STILL bruised!!!!! ....So take it easy!!!...

This thread has freaked me out! First up though I'm glad that Zorro Sings has got off the hook with your case being dismissed. Cool. A product that I think is particularly suitable for shade is 'Tyvek', I dont know what you call it in the States but the product is basically an underlay type roofing felt, its thin, lightweight and very tough . It will probably come on a 50metre roll and is about 1 metre wide, a stapler for staplin...
