So how does one find a camp in the first place? Is that just by driving around and joining a place that feels right? is there any specific etiquette for that?

This will be, if all turns well, my first year. not clear about the arirval and setting up issue, can someone help lease; How does the "camp site" issue works. are they allocated at the gate, is there a pre-allocation? any preferred areas? what is the size of camp site?
