I haven't heard anything about camps that didn't get placed, Did all camps get placed this year?????

OK, this is my 7th year, and I don't get out much, so will someone explain the difference between a "sleeper camp" (Which is a theme camp) and a "villiage". Personally, I don't think "sleeper camps"or "villiages" for that matter should be the targets however, the camps that come up with a camp name ...
