I stopped attending the actual 'burn' and now watch from a distance. The crowded watching of 500+ fire spinners is sheer torture as it goes on for way to long. I like watching from the Esplanade then going to the parties. Still, I'm not sure how I feel about the early burn. I think the anarchy is in...

A bunch of us Boston/NY burner DJs are working up a series of mini-tours along the shore. Atlantic City to Savannah then maybe Atlanta. We want to do shows with lighting, projections, costumed dancers, etc. We plan to spin whatever we have to to get the gigs but prefer electro house and club grooves...

Actually it went pretty well. The hotel loved us. The locals loved us. Lots of people came. People came from far and wide. We burned the 9ft alien. We danced and frolliced.

Next year will be in slightly warmer weather and should be much better.
