What this policy seems to imply is that within the shaded ares there is space set aside for the general public to find some space amongst the local theme camps. Is that space marked? Does it occur between two respective theme camps like a buffer zone? Does the placer have some idea in advance as to ...

You're seriously coming all the way from Dubai with no ride and an early pass? I live in SF and am leaving saturday by noon hopefully with plenty of room in my truck. If you're really in dire straits, well I could use some more help with gas money.
