Sleep apnea/CPAP machines at Burning Man?

Howdy--newbie here. I have sleep apnea and use a CPAP machine, and am trying to figure out how to deal with these at BM. Any advice/experience is most welcome. Specific questions I have: will a CPAP machine even be able to survive conditions on the playa? (especially the fabled dust?). And, if I do ...
