Just wanting to connect with some Gateway Burners, vets and virgins. It will be my first year at Burning Man and I will be going to the Gateway Burn just to get a mini-experience under my belt and meet some BRC vets.

Surely BRC will be infested with hoopers :) To answer the question about glow hoops...the one in the picture was created by connecting 3-4 glow sticks (depending on the brand some are skinnier and more flexible than others) in a straight line then wrapping them around your hoop in a figure ...

Anyone have ideas, photos, experience building cheap structures that will hold up a week in BRC.
