Please resist the urge to pee on the playa, it is hard to do but there are plenty of potties around and if you are a boy you can pee in a bottle. And Dump it in a porta potty later. Just make sure you don't fill the bottle up with water again, unless you like that. I wish I could pee in a bottle......

as far as cramps, i almost never get them, but when I do, I usually do some yoga and it makes the muscles less tense, thus no cramps...
