Have Friday early arrival passes to trade for transportation

What I need to transport are some poles that are 10' long, an 8' ladder, a generator, a small Tiki bar (which comes apart), and some miscellaneous supplies. The entire load would take up a space that is about 10.5 feet long, 2.5 feet wide, and about 2.5 feet high, with the exception of a the main pl...

Just make sure that when you contact one of th...

Looking forward to joining you for some fun out there. Great line-up!

Maybe this is my dorky side coming out, but I like the idea of a playa theme in general, and thematic street names (more than just letters) in particular. It's just that tiniest bit more fun. It's like when a host invites you to a theme party, and you get there and they've paid attention to enough t...

Super. Start by having a look at the "Camp with Us!" page (www.pleasuresofthefleshuniversity.com/camp-with-us.html) to get an idea of how you think you might like to participate. Then shoot us a note at info@pleasuresofthefleshuniversity.com and tell us all about yourself and what your interests are.

Here's another one:

http://playaevents.burningman.com/brc/2 ... vent/2384/

It's a fitness event we have but it's not in a "gym".

The University has an athletics program (well, athlustics), and the university has the space for a gym, but we don't have any gym equipment - yet. :-)

The above comments are all excellent sources of information, but I have to add my two cents :-) ... I thought that Den of Iniquity was going to bow out this year because Temple of Atonement was going - the idea being that Den of Iniquity and Temple of Atonement were supposed to be alternating years. I usually use Norcal to contrast with the LA/San Diego area. But you're right in that San Francisco is only about 60% of the way from the bottom of the state to the top. Perhaps saying "Bay Area / Sacramanto / Central Valley" would be more accurate (because I want to include places like Modesto and ...

Who-What-Where ... when does it open? ... deadline 4 posts

Can anyone from the Burning Man management tell me with certainty:

1) When the Who-What-Where will open up for people to post events, and

2) More importantly, when will be the CUT-OFF FOR POSTING EVENTS in the Who-What-Where

Thanks in advance for the scoop.

Fantastic idea. Easy to make a cohesive theme about it too, and add outdoor dojo decor. You could even offer short, fun, beginner's classes for visitors. And you could do demos and hold a tournament. There's tremendous potential here.
