That is because you never stopped by Brain Freeze / Got Stickers Camp. Check your pm's DD Oh dustdevil I loved that camp last year. We stopped by after all the stickers were put away, but, once we started talking to a few people, they went and got me an awesome sticker anyway. :) So nice and awesom...

For me, it was important to find the right bedding. I have 4 herniated discs and run cold. Admittedly, if I don't have enough blankets to keep me warm, I don't sleep and am miserable. So, I knew that I needed to not go light on that. This is the bed I got (well, one similar..not this exact one).... ...

I had ordered new contacts last week. When I looked at the site today, they still had not shipped. NOT COOL since I leave in 8 days! So, in emailing with them, I discovered that they had to order them from the manufacturer and could not guarantee when they would be shipping or an arrival date. (Note...

How Do You Prepare Your Body For The Playa?

As we have two weeks or so left, I am wondering what you experienced burners do to prepare your body in these last days before you leave? Extra vitamins? Fast? Extra fluid? Wax? Run around a tree 3 times? :)

Can I ask a very odd question? Is it just tap water? or can you stand spring water? I hate tap water, I can taste the metal in Houstons water, but i love spring water. Not an odd question. And, its both. Tap water I can't drink at all. Even though our water up here in the Northwest is awesome. Bott...

I use crystal light in my water bottles, no way would I drink enough without. When you get home, rinse and wash the bladder and if you just can't face a persistent bizarro flavor then buy a new bladder. Thanks. I dont mind getting a new bladder once I get home for use again. Just want to make sure ...

Flavor Into A Camelbak?

Silly newbie question, I am sure....but... I have NEVER been one to drink straight water. Even when I was a baby I would spit it out. (I dont know, I am weird, but that is another story...) Anyway, I KNOW I need to stay hydrated and drink. I have bought a camelbak, but, have never used one before. S...

Bakery in Reno or on route to BRC?

Pink Heart Camp is looking for a bakery in the Reno area (or on the way to the Playa) who we can get our pink cake from for the Birthday Party Bash we are planning. Costco is an option, but we would rather support a burner business. If you know of any, send me a message! :)

Looking for DJ and/or musicians/performers

Pink Heart camp will be gifts ice cream cones daily on the playa in the afternoon. We are looking for some artists to come help us get in the groove and make it fun. So, if you have a mobile dj set up, or are a musician or performer, we would love to have you. We do NOT have speakers, you can either...

It really depends on who I am talking to. If it is a stranger or an acquaintance, it depends on if I want to explain BM or not. Just last week I was getting a nerve root block injection from my spine doctor (my last one wore off, at least it was now and now while in BRC). Anyway, I told him I was go...

I feel like I accomplished alot over the weekend.

Everything I have been stashing away for the playa has been inventoried, sorted into bins/containers and written down in my excel spreadsheet. Now I know exactly what to focus on in the remaining 45 days until I leave. :)
