I have checked with my ISP and even though I have completed the initial packet request on 4 separate days, no replies in their or my spam/junk folders. I requested help two days ago, explaining my problem, and am still waiting for a reply.

Does anyone know if all of the Low Income tickets are gone? I've tried to apply for a week and never get a return email packet. I've checked my server's spam and junk filters. Nothing.
