Trilobyte: I admire your optimism. This August there'll apparently be cops from Pershing County at BRC. There's a new Pershing County ordinance aimed at banning nudity at BRC. If the ordinance is upheld, I don't see why those cops (& maybe others) would not enforce it.

The lawsuit between Burning Man and Pershing county is not expected to have any affect on this year's event, regardless of the outcome.
