They are in the WOMEN'S section... 14-16 is 34-40" waist aprox... enjoy trying them on... If you can't crossdress at the walmart cause you like it too much and don't want anyone to know... better is etsy and search fisherman pants.. refine thai... re-search yoga... etc etc.. use a true waist measure...
