2011 was my very first burn!!! i had such an amazing time and met so many beautiful people :) there is nothing i didn't really like about the burn but the things i did like the most were learning how to heckle and making people stick my cheesy salty balls in their mouth adopting a lawn flamingo name...

A vacuum sealer is worth every penny of the expense it takes to buy a good one. Half the fun is finding stuff to vacuum seal when you first get it. My personal favorite. We use a vacuum sealer every year to pack good meals with minimal garbage. It's quite common within my local community of burners actually. I wouldn't worry about compacting your trash, but I do recommend getting something with a lid to keep your garbage in (think ammo can). -----------------------...
