Welcome to Eplaya.

I'm not sure if cross posting this is ok, but this is my best Playa-dippity story: Late one night a young woman spent several hours in our bar. She apparently had a great time and said she liked our bar so much she would come back with swag the next day, and that it had her picture on it. Thinking t...

I would like to see if that happens to anyone else. Sounds like some first-class opportunism. Well it may very well be opportunism, but for now I'd like to give them the benefit of the doubt unless others weigh in with a similar issue. They have always been very good to us in the past, but it may b...

Without mentioning names, I am having an issue with a burner friendly truck rental place that used to be on Gentry Way and has now moved to Kietzke Ln. so you will know if this may affect you. I used them happily for 6 years so I really hope this is just an error, but be aware that I was billed doub...

Barbie Death Camp is at 9:30 and E this year.

Sadly I never met Larry, but I consider my life richer for his presence in our world. He was instrumental in the establishment of Burning Man and Burner culture. After a lifetime of having to be someone I wasn't, in 2011 I went to Burning man and realised I fit in just the way I was. Imagine that - ...

I'm not sure this is the right area to post this, but Hookers & Makers camp is in need of photos and videos from 2017 and 2016. Our events keep us pretty busy and I find that no camp members took photos. If you have any photos you would be willing to share of any aspect of our camp or events (pewter...

The popularity of our events has caused our camp dues to be insufficient for the events we provide so we find it necessary to run a fundraiser. Your support will help us bring back the pewter casting, frito pies, and more. Our Indiegogo: https://igg.me/at/hookersmakers/x/10461409 See you in the dust.

The Eplaya Meet & Greet will be happening again this year at its usual time and place. This is a pot luck affair so we ask that everyone attending bring something to either eat or drink. Date: Wednesday of Burn week. Time: 6PM to 8PM Place: Barbie Death Camp & Wine Bistro, 9:30 & E All Eplayans are ...

Ok so it looks like i was shanghaied into running the M&G again and look forward to seeing you all again. The M&G is my favorite part of the burn and you won't want to miss it. Welcome.

I'm sure there are some out there, but I can't think of any. Generally most of the high wind videos are of disasters - not durable stuff like monkey huts.

We have a similar thing at Hungry Hungry Hookers camp - - nobody EVER leaves sober.

Welcome.

Anyone who needs convincing to attend should probably not be brought there. The environment is at best an ordeal, and can be much worse than that.

Welcome to Eplaya.

As mentioned above there are a few existing threads about this as well as about joini9ng a camp.

The later you book your RV the further away you will need to pick it up. At this point you may have trouble finding one within a few hundred miles of the burn.

Welcome to Eplaya.

Many of the newer drill / drivers have a hammer drill setting which impacts in line with the bit mainly for use with masonry bits.

An impact driver impacts in a rotary action designed to loosen / tighten nuts and bolts.

I have no good advice on that, but welcome to Eplaya.

the founders of pandora's fix it shop and lounge usually have a trusted person that stays until the last camp mate is gone, does a final moop sweep, and takes a picture of the camp.... one year, someone left a bike after every one left and they got dinged, so now they take pics..... It was my impre...
