They don't look like they're from Montana to me...
In Montana, it is illegal to have a sheep in the cab of your truck without a chaperone. (cite: http://www.dumblaws.com)

Yes, I am one of those unfortuantes still stuck here due to constrained vacation time from work. Leaving first thing tomorrow morning on a plane to Reno from Colorado Springs, layover in Phoenix (gotta get prepared for the heat) and then in Reno by 1ish and BRC hopefully my mid to late afternoon! WO...

Two things to exchange for the right size thing, meds to pick up - that latter would be done already, but my doctor's office is a bunch of boneheads (who the fuck ever heard of refilling a birth-control scrip for ONE MONTH?). And then, I'm gone. That's always how any insurance I've had worked. One ...

What sucks is knowing that hardly anybody is going to be on the eplaya on Monday while I'm still stuck here. You and Joel could be in for some heavy bonding. And teasing of newbies looking for help with tickets. . . Whaddya say Joel? You up for some bonding excercises? *stands behind Joel with her ...

Blargh! I am wasting away of boredom in Corporate Hell! Okay, maybe that was a tad melodramatic, but I am really bored today. Fridays are always so slow. What sucks is knowing that hardly anybody is going to be on the eplaya on Monday while I'm still stuck here. 1 and 2/3 days left before I escape...

The Two Things about Burning Man
Okay, so I just found this site and I think we should come up with some ideas for what "The Two Things" are about Burning Man. Here's the site to give you an idea of what " The Two Things " could be. The basic concept is that for every general subject (thing, place, people, job, etc.) there is reall...

I will be remembering my fiance's best friend Brandon who I unfortunately never got to meet. He died five years ago Sept. 9th of heart failure. It's odd, even though I never met him, I feel like I know him very well and that at some time, I did know him. Does that make any sense at all? I will also ...

Obviously you have to wash and dry the wound...but does the superglue sting bad? Is it sterile? From what I know, it does sting a little, but it is quite sterile. You would want to take care of the wound just like any other including washing/cleaning and drying the wound before applying the super g...

Superglue is fantastic for sealing wounds. That new "Liquid Bandage" stuff is essentially superglue. Totally safe cause it doesn't really soak very far into the skin, but creates a total seal so nothing bad can get into the cut. Great stuff. Especially in a really dusty place. I should probably add ...

fair enough...I guess I'm getting anxious knowing my backpack and all my other gear is leaving on friday afternoon without me! but I'll reunite with it in Reno :) I know the feeling. Most of my stuff will be on it's way as of sometime Saturday, but I have to stay here until Tuesday morning. Stupid ...

Packing material shouldn't cost you more than $5-$10. I know the Denver airport is very used to dealing with baggage that size and shape. ;) I'm not leaving until Tuesday so I don't wanna hear it. *pout* It finally dawned on my last night when I started packing where I was going. I am so excited!!!!

They will probably make you check it like they would skis and such. There's no way that will fit in the overhead bins. I would suggest finding a long poster tube (try Mailbox etc or whatever they call themselves now). Wrap it in bubble wrap and then put it into the poster tube. That should keep it f...

Here's some interesting stuff I just found out about.
http://www.biolife.com/
It's called QR Stop Bleeding and they do have one designed for nosebleeds. A sample of it came in the first aid kit I just bought. Looks like it could be helpful out there.

The coolest truck stop I was ever at was one in Eden, Idaho. Yes, Eden. Some of you might see where this is going, or you might have been there. The main seating area for the food is decorated with, you guessed it, a huge leafy (but fake) tree with a big ol apple and snake hanging from it. It was pr...

I am talking about moving the vehicle through other means, be it tow, bike, slip 'n' slide, or the Hungarian weightlifting team. That's kinda why I said "without driving it" in my post. I was thinking you could just get people to help push it. At least you'd be sure you wouldn't go over the 5mph sp...

Ai-yup. 3 and a half days left for me. I swear I'm about to go homicidal if I have to sit at my desk any longer. I have too many things to do before I leave to just sit here doing pointless stuff. Why don't they understand that? If they did they could just pay me to do whatever I want to do whenever...

Is it bad that I keep having wistful daydreams of a huge wooden man wreathed in flames stomping his way into the building and swopping me up from my tiny cubicle (where I would look over my shoulder more than every 5 seconds, but I got myself one of those monitor rearview mirrors) and carrying me ou...

I wonder if they'll buy the "I HAVE to be on E-Playa, because it's the closest thing to being on the real thing and I can't f*cking wait to get there!" excuse? I already tried that one, didn't work at all. I also tried a similar excuse for why I have to play solitaire all day. Apparently my boss di...
