Re: Is facebook killing the magic of BM?

A similar question was asked years ago but of electronic music. The year was 1997 and techno-electronic music was integrating into the fabric of BM. The year before in 1996, the techo-electronic music camp, Techno-Village, was specifically located 2 miles N/E of centre camp, and I don't recall heari...

Go!!!
It's a go as far as I'm concerned! Anyone who hands out flowers gifts is gold in my books:)) Good advice on the durability factor, as long as they can go through a wash and dry cycle they're probably good to go, also, glue is out, hand stitching is in:))

I agree-it is really ridiculous to think it would do much good on the playa. But........ if you hid/MacGyvered the alarm really well inside of some art/etc. on your bike you will at least annoy the person stealing the bike -it could take them a while to figure out where the alarm is, detach and brea...

I have not been back since 96/97 and will return next year. The last time I went to BM it was possible to get lost but using the Man as a beacon would not have always been possible. You see there were no fences. You could drive across the playa and you had better have a compass and the ability to us...

I have not been back since 1996/97!!
