Or if your pocketbook's a little smaller than Bruno's $700/yearly, get yourself a small utility trailer, load your sh-tuff into it and park it at Gay's storage in Empire for $300/year. Pull it into camp and place it where you like.
Repeat yearly.

Maybe we can institute a suit against the Center Cafe for not smiling enough, while we're at it. I mean, it's the American Way, innit? Get our knickers twisted and sue! How about we all try standing up for our own selves, right at the source? Maybe refuse to give up stuff without a darn good reason....

A cord is 128 cubic feet or 4' by 4' by 8 feet, stacked tightly. I hope anyone ordering realizes how much wood is being talked about. good point. I happen to live in the hills where the heat is all wood-sourced, so my chainsaw, maul and I are very clear on how big a cord is... and how many fallen o...

Here's the skinny! Reno-Tahoe Firewood will deliver firewood TO burning man (the DPW Depot) where you/I can pick it up with a receipt from RTF. A cord of almond is $420 which is steep for firewood, but maybe not delivered firewood. They won't do half-cords, only full cords. Their number is 775 787-8...

Is Your Camp having firewood delivered?
Our camp is looking to join up with other camps, who are having firewood delivered. Last year, Radio-Free Valhalla (I think it was) got a good deal and hauled wood in from Reno, splitting it amongst other camps, including us. This year, I can't find them, so am looking for other camps who need firew...

What geekster failed to mention is that our neighbors completely failed to listen to any of our suggestions or warnings about the big blow coming in. Maybe 'cause it was chicks who came over to warn them, or maybe they had never lived through a big blow before. They lost their entire structure and d...

Mebbe if y'all wouldn't take your time waking up on Monday, having a cuppa joe, sauntering to pack up the last bits LIKE EVERYBODY ELSE, your exodus wait would be shorter. If you act like everyone else in the herd, then you get stuck in the herd and can only move at the speed of the herd. Want out o...

Yeah, but the source for Billboard vinyls has pretty effectively dried up, so consider other stuff. If someone out there can source 'em, please msg me offlist. I could use one or two. We have a misting system on our art car and successfully used a 12v weed sprayer meant to mount on the back of an ATV. Extended the tubing and it was plug-n-play! Got it from Harbor Freight. We only had 8 nozzles, not 12, but had a nice, fine mist with no dripping. Are you sure you really need that ...

You dont want to commit to a camp then feel like youre missing out... A lot of folks have a really big misconception about what themecamping is like. It's not all work and effort! It can be even more fun than camping alone! Some camps take lots of daily upkeep and care with schedules and work-shift...
