So this morning I hit a huge milestone!
My doctor who did my surgery set my goal weight at 180. I hit it this morning! So I'm considered a success
9 months and 19 days later.... 123 pound gone!!

**happy dance***

Only 20-30 more left to lose till my personal goal weight.

Most of the time though it is head hunger or you need water. I get them a lot!!

I'm down to 182 right now and have been losing about 5 pound a week. Pretty awesome. Met with the plastic surgeon today as well. Did 35 miles on my bike yesterday with a group of friends. I'm so pooped. I need a red bull please!

Funny thing is with my surgery I tend to get stomach pains bad after eating. I have found smoking totally gets rid of that and also helps me eat more. I'm lucky if I can get a bottle of water in in a day and a cup of food total
