Dicky Box - "The Release" & Meanderings
I was there about 15 minutes before Dicky was released at Midnight on Sunday. To set the stage: By that time the little piece of metal mesh that covered his "talking hole" was gone. There was maybe a good one-hundred-plus people surrounding his enclosure. Dicky paced to-and-fro in the center. He see...

I might have to file this one under "National Lampoon's"... I decided to take the plunge and purchase a Gustbuster Sunblock umbrella... Searched around for a bit... Ebay has Gustbusters but rarely the Sunblock models... Amazon only has one type (and mispelled "Sunblok")... So I bought mine from Innovagolf's website: http://www.innovagolf.com/ouumshumsunp.htm...

<Kilba ~ Before BM I had been told that the signs would be missing, though I was never told that they were stolen. I was under the impression that after the Man burned (or perhaps the temple) that the signs were deliberately removed. The symbolism behind it is (allegedly) that we no longer have indi...

Great ideas and comments all. Hmm... Some of us (that includes me) - Usually have poor directional sense. Problem of Vanishing Street Signs after the Man Burns - WTD?
After the man fell... it was disorientating... Problem: Having Most of the Street signs stolen (souvenirs?) right after the Man fell made it even more so. <Tired + Ecstatic + Possibly drunk/other = Death to directional abilities> Our groups had a heck of a time turning down the right streets/finding...
