yep, killlbuck and I back from our first SOAK. set up camp with foxfur in the shade, near a river. absolutely beautiful! saw a few known friends like tatanka, ben tang, dragon pilot, and made some new friends. plan to drag reno peeps next year. just bring mosquito spray.

i'm in reno, and had friends at gerlach, then waiting in the rain at gate. plus lots of other friends out there sending back pix.

yep, people/trucks stuck at gate last nite due to rain. haven't heard from this morning when/if they actually got in.

since we are not going this year, i wanted to peek at the gerlach live webcam to see the soon to be dusty adventurers on their way. Booooo, the trees and bushes are so tall, it blocks the roadview. have a great trip everybody!

i ran over a mailbox still in cardboard as i tried to exit. among other missteps...like spraying myself with bugspray when i thought it was sunblock. good times.
